Declarations of intent related to joining or participating in an open-end investment fund or a specialised open-end investment fund, including orders to purchase or redeem participation units, may be submitted through natural persons acting on behalf of the Company under a mandate agreement or another legal relationship of a similar nature. Such natural persons may not accept payments for the purchase of participation units or participation titles, nor receive or transfer payments resulting from their redemption. The Company shall be liable for actions performed by such natural persons as for its own actions.
